  • Provide economic and financial data and analyses

 

As a ServiceNow developer, you participate in the operation and maintenance of the Bank’s ServiceNow software infrastructure (its Enterprise Service Management platform).  Within this infrastructure, which mainly uses the ITSM and App Engine modules, your tasks will involve : 

  • Maintaining or developing new functionalities and applications based on a needs analysis to which you will have contributed, 
  • Maintaining or developing integrations with other components of the Bank’s infrastructure, 
  • Provide user support, 
  • Maintain and develop user facilities (documentation, reports, dashboards, etc.), 
  • Support users in their Low code/No code initiatives using the ServiceNow platform, 
  • Support the expansion of the use of the ServiceNow platform within the Bank, 

 

You are best already trained for some aspects of ServiceNow platform. You eventually already have some certifications even your effective experience is very limited.

Partially remote: 40% minimum on site – to be disussed with the manager
