Temp Specialist Compensation & Benefits Belgium
Securex Outsourcing Solutions is looking for a temporary Comp & Ben Specialist for our client located in Brussels. ( North located at train station)
In this role, the consultant will be responsible together with the existing team for defining and implementing the compensation and benefits strategy, performance management, job classification, personnel and payroll administration, HR management and data reporting.
This position reports to the C&B manager.
Responsibilities :
– You are responsible for implementing, monitoring and controlling C&B operations.
– You are responsible for the operational follow-up of the benefits and mobility budget.
– You operationally manage our service providers such as fleet management, mobility budget.
– You prepare monthly reports for internal stakeholders and also develop and standardise reports according to the expectations of the internal customer.
– You act as SPOC for employee questions and follow up employee requests in a professional manner.
– You advise the HR Business Partners on all C&B matters.
– You are involved in C&B related projects.
– You carry out benchmarks (wages and total rewards), classify functions and perform various cost analyses;
Profile
– You are available asap for a full-time position
– You can telecommute 2 days
– You have a good knowledge of Belgian labour law and C&B solutions
– You have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in similar positions.
– You have a sense of responsibility and can work with integrity and confidentiality, inspiring confidence in your interlocutors;
– You have good written and oral communication skills and are naturally approachable, flexible and proactive, with a good team spirit;
– You have excellent IT skills and are at home with figures and statistics.
– You are fluent in Dutch/French and have an excellent command of English.
