Your challenge

Transform business requirements into compelling user interfaces that deliver an optimal user experience.
Contribute across the entire UI design process, including brainstorming, research, sketching, prototyping, and final implementation.
Create and refine prototypes in both low- and high-fidelity formats, including wireframes and design mock-ups, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and improve UI solutions using Sketch, ensuring consistency across products and platforms while optimizing interaction workflows and navigation.
Maintain and evolve design systems, including the brand book, visual component libraries, and templates, to ensure consistency and scalability.
Produce graphical assets such as illustrations, infographics, data visualizations, and other visual elements to enhance user engagement.
Identify usability challenges and propose practical solutions to enhance the user journey.
Optimize designs for performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and development teams (both on-site and remote) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Align regularly with UX Design Lead to guarantee a smooth and cohesive user experience throughout the design process.
Work closely with Lead Front-End Developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design solutions.

Is this you?
Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
Solid understanding of UX design best practices, including interface ergonomics, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).
A minimum of 6+ months of professional experience (internships acceptable).
3+ years of experience working with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Basic knowledge of WordPress is preferred, but not required.
