Securex Outsourcing Solutions is looking for an H&S Manager level 1 a.i .for the Securex Group.
In this temporary role, you will be the Internal Prevention Officer and, together with your two colleagues, you will be responsible for advising, raising awareness and supporting the employer, the various entities and their employees in terms of well-being at work.
Start-up is planned asap at a regime of 2 days a week. Duration minimum 3 to 6 months.
Your responsibilities:
– You will develop and implement a clear prevention strategy and translate it into operational objectives for your team and internal customers.
– You will also play a key role in implementing legal obligations and promoting a culture of safety and well-being in the workplace.
– You conduct risk analyses in consultation with the hierarchy and advise on appropriate measures around the 7 welfare domains.
– You will support the various departments in implementing safety, health and well-being at work.
– You take care of the administration of the Internal Prevention Service (monthly reports, annual reports, secretarial work consultation committees for prevention and protection, etc.).
– You will conduct the annual company visits across departments and entities.
– You will monitor legislation and advise on the preparation of global prevention plans and annual action plans.
– You will help shape welfare policy and its continuous improvement.
You will develop and implement advanced prevention projects.
– You will organise the smooth running of the service (2 level 2 prevention advisers).
– You will build your network internally and externally to detect and realise possible joint goals with internal and external partners.
– You will report to the Chief People Officer and operationally to the HR Business Partner Director who also chairs the CPBW.
You will work closely with the HR Business partners to avoid absenteeism in the various departments.
– You will coordinate and promote cooperation with the external prevention service.
Who are you?
– You hold the Prevention Advisor Level 1 certificate.
– You have several years of work experience in the same position
– You are analytical, stress-resistant and hands-on.
– For balance in our team, you are Dutch-speaking and strong in French and English.
– You have leadership skills and the ability to motivate and grow a team.
– You have strong organisational skills and ensure optimal management and follow-up of the projects and activities assigned to your department.
– You enjoy taking responsibility for fostering cooperation with partners and other entities. You inform, motivate and advise them within the framework of a sustainable partnership on welfare.
