AFAS HRM FUNCTIONAL MANAGER
Credendo is busy implementing AFAS and is looking for an experienced AFAS HRM manager. You support the Credendo HR team in efficiently setting up the AFAS software. In this way, you help the team to get the most out of the possibilities that AFAS Profit offers. All this contributes to more insight, lower costs and more job satisfaction for the HR team and its internal customers. Setups and optimizations in AFAS hold no secrets for you.
What are your responsibilities as an AFAS Consultant HR?
• Implementing and optimizing an AFAS HR setup;
• Involving the HR team in all the possibilities that AFAS offers
• Guiding colleagues & sharing AFAS knowledge.
• You work together with the ICT team and the Credendo HR project leader.
What do you bring as an AFAS Consultant HR?
• Extensive experience with the setup within AFAS HRM
• You have at least 3 years of experience with AFAS profit, insit, outsite and Afas Pocket within HRM processes.
• You are a real connector who continuously connects the right colleagues;
• You are just a nice person with excellent Consultancy skills!
• Hybrid working: You find a good work-life balance important. You are at the office in Brussels 2 days a week with the HR team.
• Dutch and English are a must.
