Project purpose:

The goal of SAP4I implementation projects is to create a platform to improve the service and

mission of Credendo Export Credit Agency (ECA) delivered to its customers by implementing the different SAP4I products (and Salesforce integration) onto the common group insurance systems.

Mission of the job

As a member of the Credendo SAP4I SR Project Team the Data Migration Project Manager’s responsibility will be to first, fully dive into migration requirements and activities involved in order to develop a comprehensive approach that adheres to project objectives and timelines for the coming years. This will involve conversations with the project team as well as business managers and knowledge experts.

Once the strategy and approach are clarified, the main work will consist of executing the data migration plan. For this, the Data Migration Project Manager should be prepared to:

• Work with functional managers from the business departments to gather requirements and define milestones with the project team and ensure work is delivered
• Determine expertise required within the Data Migration team and hire up to 2 additional resources.
• Plan and coordinate activities between project team (with SR Project Manager as lead) and business in order to deliver outcomes.
• Manage risks and issues and changes to project scope, schedule and budget. Inform SR Project Manager of any risks or issues to be managed at a higher level, if required.
• Completion of project tasks according to schedule.
• Communication and reporting on Data Migration status.

This individual will work together with various stakeholders, including the project sponsor, heads of departments and heads of teams impacted by the data migration.

Skills:

• 5+ years proven experience leading projects/applying project methodology in an international environment.
• Proven ability to develop business relationships and work successfully with people at all levels of management and levels of business.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills to executive level business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage project level planning over multiple subsidiaries.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate project teams in the completion of projects.
• Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ideal candidate will work independently and is capable of managing this project fully
• Team player with straight forward, hands-on mentality.
• Good understanding of business processes, technology landscape, new technologies and industry standards.
• SAP4I integration or rollout experience is considered an advantage.
• Salesforce knowledge or experience is a plus.
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification is considered useful.
• Experience using Msg.aim as a migration tool is advantageous.
• Experience in the Insurance sector/Finance sector preferred, ideally credit insurance.
• Main language used within Credendo is English but French and Dutch is also considered advantageous.

Duration: March – December 2024. Extension possible for 2025.
