FAQ
1 ― Suppliers
Your single contracting party is ProUnity unless otherwise communicated. The Framework Agreement proposed by ProUnity is always client specific. The contract terms might change for each client. Therefore, you will need to complete the Framework Agreement acceptation process for every new client you would like to work with through ProUnity.
A Framework Agreement (FA) is a contract between a Supplier & a contracting party that establishes the main terms and conditions of collaboration and contracting between all parties concerned.
Before you can propose a candidate for a job opportunity or a Request for Proposal, you will have to sign a Supplier Framework Agreement between the Supplier and the contracting party (ProUnity). This basic client collaboration agreement will be concluded by a specific Statement Of Work (SOW) for each started and extended individual or team mission.
When consulting the VMS Platform, on the top of a Job Post page or a Request For Proposal page, you will be prompted with a warning message “Read & Accept”, that will lead to the Framework Agreement’ signing process. Please find here below, the guidelines on the different steps enabling you to complete and accept the Framework Agreement.
Please note that only Admin users are able to sign a contract. The non-admin Users are allowed to go through the steps without signing it as the acceptance button will be greyed out and followed by a sentence “Only admin users will be able to sign the FA or SOW document”. If you are a non-admin User, please make sure to do the follow-up by contacting the appropriate Admin user of your company. If needed, you can see the list of the Admin users’ emails by clicking on the icon “?” next to the greyed-out acceptance button.
The client has decided to start or to continue your consultant’s mission? Good news! You now need to sign the Statement of Work. You will find below the steps to sign a SOW contract through the ProUnity platform.
The Statement of Work (SOW) is a contract between a Supplier and a contracting party (ProUnity) that completes the contracts initially signed (the Framework Agreement, the ProUnity Terms of Use and the ProUnity Privacy Policy). It outlines mission-specific information, such as the description, the duration and the rate.
As soon as a SOW has been sent by the client, you will be notified via email. To sign it, you will have to go to the platform where you will find it in your supplier dashboard, in the list “Actions to be taken”.
