  • Supporting the further development of a multi-brand CX & quality program, which is aimed at improving customer satisfaction and the quality of service in the dealer network
  • Input in the development of a concrete target and bonus system with regard to CX and quality, which motivates and rewards dealers for achieving the set goals
  • Developing a concept of a dashboard for internal and external use, which provides insight into the progress and results of the CX and quality program
  • General support in presentations, reports and communication about the CX and quality program, both internally and externally
