Main Mission:

As a Digital Product Manager, you will lead the development and management of digital products and projects. Your focus will be on creating seamless digital experiences for our customers, ensuring the integration of financing solutions on our brand websites, and driving digital transformation initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to diversify your skills and gain exposure to marketing strategies and product promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Product Management

  • Digital Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate digital projects involving customer journeys and digital touchpoints.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to define and implement technical and business specifications.
  • Integration Management: Ensure smooth and effective integration of financing solutions with internal and external digital tools.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of digital journeys and site visits, using data to propose continuous improvements.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve integration issues in collaboration with IT teams.

Marketing and Diversification

  • Product Promotion: Highlight and promote our digital products and financing solutions across relevant digital channels.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure all stakeholders understand our digital products; prepare and deliver training as needed.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure digital products comply with relevant regulations and maintain their commercial viability.
  • Event Management: Participate in the management of events, ensuring adherence to budgets and evaluating the success of promotional activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with pricing, sales operations, and training teams to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and product offerings.
