Credendo is currently rolling out M365 Copilot and is looking for a party to assist with increasing the knowledge on prompting within the M365 Copilot ecosystem.
This mission is to request potential candidates to propose a small format to prepare and deliver this workshop, which is expected to be delivered on-site at Credendo premises in Brussels, and repeated 4 to 6 times. These workshops will be planned in September and October. The first three confirmed reserved timeslots are Thursday 12/09 – PM, Tuesday 17/09 – PM and Tuesday 24/09 – PM.
The duration of the actual workshop session itself should not exceed 2.5 to max 3 hours, and each workshop will be limited to 20 participants in order to keep it interactive.
We expect to deliver a short introduction as a refresher on GenAI, some practical real use cases, and interactive prompts that the participants can test during the workshop. There should also be room for knowledge sharing on the responsible usage of AI in a business context. The last part of each workshop is free for Q&A.
The workshops are to be delivered in English, but knowledge of Dutch and French by the trainer (or assistant) is preferred.
After each workshop a short internal debrief is to be foreseen in order to see if there are adaptations/improvement required for the next session.
All Credendo participants will bring their own laptop, with an active Copilot license. The venue will have a large screen or beamer, and network access.
Your offer will include the type of profile(s) with their resume and experience, and their hourly rate, and the estimations for the intake, workshop preparation, follow-up and debriefing, and a price per workshop session.
Any references to similar missions are considered a plus.
