Description
In light of a potential replacement of a key tool in our IT environment (ERP system), we need to fill in the position of PM to help us set-up the first phases of this Tool Replacement project (RFP creation and vendor/tool selection)
Responsibilities & Task
- Define the approach for the RFP Phase of an ERP replacement
- Create the timeline for the overall project, but with a detail on the RFP phase
- Define the selection criteria for the RFP, based on our actual business processes
- Draft the actual RFP
Experience
- Experience as project manager for similar RFP phases/Tool selection
- Knowledge of different ERP systems a strong plus (Dynamics, SAP, ODOO, …)
- Good ability to translate business processes into functional requirements
