Papa’s Beach House in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands. The occasion? HeadFirst’s 2023 Indian Summer Party. The festive meeting once more assembled all the group’s colleagues, strengthening our sense of unity and celebrating our achievements. This year, the group’s CEO Marion van Happen made it extra special for the ProUnity gang, presenting them with an individual plus a team award.

The evening kicked off with a happy drink and equally happy talk with lots of enthusiastic colleagues. In the cheery awards ceremony that followed, experts across the group’s brands were honoured for their exceptional performance. ProUnity’s Finance and Admin Officer Celia Van Zeebroeck was one of the deserved winners. ​ Group CEO Marion van Happen praised Celia for her unwavering dedication and remarkable efficiency in customer care and invoicing, keeping ProUnity’s financial house in good order for many years.

Continuous innovation: winning the HeadFirst IT Champion’s League cup

The group CEO also had a special team award in store for ProUnity. Chief Product Officer Cristian Ciuperca accepted a Champion’s League Trophy for ProUnity’s IT team. The giant cup celebrates the team’s exemplary role in our journey towards exceptional and efficient user experiences. It’s also a high-five to the entire ProUnity company, where everyone works together to transform user feedback into new features at lightning speed.

CEO Marion van Happen added that the team succeeded in swiftly preparing the MSP platform for international growth, digitally streamlining complex financial processes, and fluently integrating a new Mobile App in the user experience. The mobile application redefines timesheet management, approvals, invoicing, and payments for our clients, service companies and freelancers with active missions.
