Being responsible for the transformation of the Credendo Group transformation office to a BAU (’ business as usual’) PMO by developing and implementing an improvement plan to ensure that the organisation’s objectives are achieved in line with its strategy and mission
Ensuring the daily management and monitoring of the activities of the Project Management Office, in close cooperation with the stakeholders in the business within the various entities of the group and with the external supply organisations.
> While reporting to the COO, work closely with the interim PMO manager and in that capacity, being responsible for the development and implementation of the programme/project portfolio within the organisation.
> Being responsible for managing the business process framework, design, follow-up and correct implementation of the methodology for programme, project and process engineering within the company in order to implement changes and continuous improvements based on a project/programme as efficiently as possible. Organising the demand cycle through the business analysts.
> Leading an improvement plan for a team of project managers/programme managers to coordinate project and portfolio management activities and to ensure adequate support in line with the organisation’s strategy and mission.
> Ensuring people management within the Project Management Office and providing coaching and supervision for the team of the Project Portfolio Manager, Business Analysts and Project Managers with a view to deploying and developing the team members’ competencies, skills and know-how to the benefit of the company.
> Closely monitoring the developments in the responsibility domain in order to keep the knowledge up-to-date to enhance the credibility of the Project Management Office by providing a service based on the latest insights.
