Mission’s Description

Main responsibilities include:

  1. You ensure the customization and configuration of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) to meet business needs and optimize workflows.
  2. You develop and maintain automation scripts (using Jira Automation, Groovy, or other scripting tools) to streamline repetitive tasks, improving efficiency within the Atlassian environment.
  3. You will be responsible for addressing incidents related to Atlassian tools, ensuring timely resolution, and conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  4. You develop and provide training for users on Atlassian tools and create thorough documentation for configurations, workflows, and solutions implemented.
  5. You oversee the security of Atlassian platforms, including managing user permissions, ensuring data integrity, and adhering to organizational security policies and compliance standards.
  6. You identify and implement performance improvements in Atlassian tools, ensuring systems are efficient, scalable, and reliable.
  7. You lead the architectural design of Atlassian platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with organizational IT strategies and business goals.
  8. You mentor and guide junior and medior team members, sharing expertise and ensuring adherence to best practices across projects and tasks.
  9. You act as a primary liaison with senior stakeholders, gathering high-level requirements, advising on strategic direction, and ensuring Atlassian tools support the organization’s overall IT governance.
  10. You create and maintain long-term roadmaps for Atlassian tool implementations and upgrades, ensuring the tools evolve with the organization’s needs and technological advancements.
  11. You lead the resolution of highly complex issues related to Atlassian systems and interfaces, applying advanced troubleshooting methods and leading root cause analysis.
  12. You identify emerging trends and technologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the Atlassian environment to future-proof the infrastructure.
  13. You work closely with the Corporate Risk team to ensure that Atlassian tools support risk management frameworks, providing necessary risk registers, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
  14. You ensure that the Atlassian environment complies with corporate risk policies and regulatory requirements, implementing controls to mitigate identified risks.
  15. You have deep knowledge of KAIZEN methodologies and work with relevant teams to incorporate continuous improvement practices within the Atlassian toolset.
