Job description: ServiceNow CMDB Analyst
As ServiceNow CMDB Analyst, you will be asked to:
- Assess and provide advice on Configuration Item (CI) class management.
- Set up the CMDB health dashboard and CMDB workspace.
- Provide guidance on the implementation of the identification and reconciliation engine (IRE)
- Replace the current data import scripts and set up new standard data import according to ServiceNow best practice using IRE.
- Train the NBB CMDB manager on identification and reconciliation (IRE), IntegrationHub ETL and related features.
Candidates would:
- Have strong functional skills and relevant experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Have knowledge and experience with populating, managing and utilizing ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM.
- Have good analytical, project management, problem-solving and communication skills
- Speak at least Dutch or French and English
- Be a team player.
Partially remote: minimum 40% on site – to be discussed with the manager
