Mission of the job
Contributing to the people growth track of the Credendo Group PMO team by assessing and coaching people to increase the overall knowledge and ability of people to deliver in a more streamlined way, and bring them to the right level of proficiency, according to their role in the delivery environment.
Re-enforcing people engagement, in close collaboration with the team leads by proposing a method and a format to identify growth areas, followed by a training and coaching track.
> Work closely with the PMO improvement coach and in that capacity, contributing to the people growth track by performing the individual assessments of people while taking into account the current roles and way of working.
> Being responsible for the delivery of individual and aggregated reports.
> Having sessions with people to communicate, gather information, and agree on coaching topics.
> Ensuring high-level reporting, status update and outcome are communicated to team leads and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
> Coach individuals on agreed topics with their respective team lead
Occupation: 16 working days, to perform during a period of 3 months
