As Contract advisor (transversal), you are responsible for a dual role.

On the one hand, you conduct key administrative tasks to ensure the smooth handling of customers and dealers, as well as leverage your expertise on cases or queries that require focus time. You coordinate with the Fleet Advisor (SPOC) to ensure a complete follow-up on customers’ and dealers’ cases and make sure procedures are respected.

On the other hand, you also take a Fleet Advisor (SPOC) role in rush or holiday periods where you will resolve customer and dealer queries to ensure they are satisfied with VDFin’s services and products. There, you are in direct contact with customers and dealers, you understand their concerns and provide accurate information.
