Description

The project Mags has as goal the creation of a new mobile app called Myhealth. Myhealth will be the one-stop-shop for the citizen, where he/she can find all health-related info. The app itself is a shell-application that will run a selection of webcomponents developed by several suppliers. 

Quality is crucial and we are looking for somebody that can help us achieving a high level of quality. 

  • Functional Testing
    • Ensure that the web components are correctly integrated into the application. This includes validating component basic functionality, workflows, data consistency and ux/ui compliancy
    • Ensure the quality end-to-end
    • Create test-scenarios and document results
    • Report on results to stakeholders
    • Suggest improvements
  • Collaboration and business understanding
  • The tester needs to work closely with analysts and product owner to translate scope into executable test-scenarios
  • Understanding the business context and the user-journeys is key to writing and executing meaningful and comprehensive tests
  • Technical skill set for automation and support:
  • While manual testing will be essential for validating the quality of the app,  the ideal tester should have a technical foundation. This includes
  •       the ability to contribute to automation initiatives (using Selenium, Cucumber, or Cypress)
  •       work comfortably within a CI/CD pipeline where automated tests are integrated. 
  • Testing mobile specific aspects:
    • As a tester you must be aware of the mobile specific challenges:  gestures, performance on different networks (3G/4G/5g,wifi), navigation, range of devices and different operating systems, … 

    • Language
    • documents are in English, but meetings are held in Dutch, English and French. Fluent understanding of all 3 languages is important. Speaking can be in your own language (Dutch or French).
