Role Overview
As an Integration Analyst, you act as the team’s representative within the organization and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices within the organization. This includes:

• Reviewing API contracts to ensure compliance with standards.
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
• Contributing to the Center of Excellence by defining and refining best practices.
• Collaborating on the development and implementation of security patterns.
• Writing and validating user stories in collaboration with the API designer.
• Assist in the analysis of a transversally used GDPR compliancy product
• Acting as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for API designers during the API and service delivery process.
• Facilitating clear and effective communication in a transversal environment, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Your Goals

• Represent the integration team as the primary point of contact (SPOC) within the context of the Center of Excellence.
• Provide guidance and support to the development teams.
• Create high-level analyses with the appropriate level of detail.
• Prepare detailed user stories for development.
• Assist in estimation and planning sessions alongside the team lead.
• Bridge communication between teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration.

Your Profile
You have:

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 2+ years of experience in functional/technical analysis, with a focus on integration and adherence to best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
• The ability to explain complex concepts simply and provide clear guidance to business teams.
• Knowledge of UML/BPMN for creating detailed analyses.
• Experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.
• Basic SQL skills.
• A solid understanding of security patterns and Center of Excellence practices.
• The ability to drive cross-team communication and collaboration effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of APIs, including:
• API versioning, variants, and standards.
• OpenAPI specifications.
• Best practices for designing and managing APIs.
• Knowledge about security contexts such as hardening, API Discovery, Fuzzing and role definitions in the context of IAM
• Fluency in Dutch or French, with a strong command of English.
