Functiebeschrijving: Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren IT-manager om ons team bij het NICC te komen versterken. De geselecteerde kandidaat zal onze technologische initiatieven leiden, onze IT-operaties optimaliseren en bijdragen aan de algemene strategie van het instituut. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van onze informatiesystemen in samenwerking met het SPF Justitie voor de infrastructuur, terwijl u ook de verbinding onderhoudt met de interne afdelingen om de technologische afstemming met de doelstellingen van de organisatie voor de applicaties te waarborgen.
Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van IT-strategieën in samenwerking met het management om afstemming met de strategische doelstellingen van het NICC te verzekeren.
- Leiding geven aan en zorgen voor de afstemming van interne en externe IT-teams om een coherente en efficiënte structuur te creëren.
- Toezicht houden op de ondersteuning en het onderhoud van digitale platforms (DECK) en operationele systemen.
- Evalueren en optimaliseren van technische bronnen, en het overwegen van relevante outsourcingoplossingen.
- Leiden van innovatieve projecten zoals de implementatie van nieuwe beheersystemen (ERP/CRM) en de verbetering van bestaande platforms.
- Een sleutelrol spelen in de digitale transformatie door te zorgen voor de integratie van geavanceerde technologieën en door productieprocessen te herzien.
Vaardigheden en kwalificaties:
- Bewezen ervaring in IT-management, met een voorkeur voor ervaringen als Operationeel Directeur, Directeur Architectuur & Applicaties of vergelijkbare rollen.
- Aantoonbaar vermogen om belangrijke projecten te leiden en IT-teams te synchroniseren om de algehele prestaties te verbeteren.
- Sterk begrip van digitale platforms en productiesystemen, inclusief audiovisuele en IT.
- Ervaring met verandermanagement en de implementatie van IT-governance.
- Vermogen om effectief te werken in een gereguleerde en strategisch waardevolle omgeving.
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, in een van de nationale talen en in het Engels.
Opleiding:
- Diploma in computerwetenschappen, engineering of een gerelateerd veld.
- Certificeringen in projectmanagement (PMP, PRINCE2) of IT (ITIL, COBIT) zijn een pluspunt.

- Forte compréhension des plateformes digitales et des systèmes de production, y compris audiovisuelle et IT.
- Expérience en change management et en mise en œuvre de gouvernance IT.
- Aptitude à travailler efficacement dans un environnement réglementé et à haute valeur stratégique.
- Excellentes capacités de communication, dans l’une des langues nationales et en anglais.
Éducation :
