We are looking for a temporary consultancy assignment for a Business/Functional Analyst. This is a short-term assignment (3 months) that is expected to start on October 1, 2024.
The assignment involves conducting a comprehensive analysis of the BO (Business Objects) reports generated over the years by the 12 countries using our CashSSP application. The ultimate goal, after completing this assignment, is to streamline and centralize these reports into a minimal number of PowerBI dashboards to modernize data consultation for users.
Tasks:

Inventory of Reports:
- Identify all existing reports created by the different countries using the CashSSP application.
- Catalog each report according to a set of specific criteria.

Categorization of Reports:
- Business domains, identification of similarities, frequency of use, type of report (graph, figures, etc.), etc.

Proposed Grouping:
- Based on the analysis performed, propose a grouping of reports to consolidate them into a minimal number of PowerBI dashboards.
